I think maybe I understand your problem. your tech team may not understand monero exchange deeply. they did not supply users with paymentID which is very important for monero receiver to distinguish one from another, only give us a wallet address.

You promised to provide a scan of the document confirming the sending of the transfer, but this did not happen.
