I think maybe I understand your problem. your tech team may not understand monero exchange deeply. they did not supply users with paymentID which is very important for monero receiver to distinguish one from another, only give us a wallet address.

But afted receiving my 500$ payment by Western Union they said that Western Union also aren't approved online!
I tried to said that Western Union isn't a bank but that exchanger doesn't even think about searching of a compromise decision with it's client!
The cause of rhe problem is not clearly prepared rules and I require you to finishing started exchange and correct your rules.

Our service accepts money transfers made only through the bank outlet, there is the information about it on our website. We cannot accept the transfer made online because it’s risky for the payee in case the money was used by the defrauded.
You promised to provide a scan of the document confirming the sending of the transfer, but this did not happen. For further processing of the application, you need to provide a scan or a photo of the receipt of the transfer or provide documents for the sender verification (scan ID and document confirming the address, it may be a check for utilities, communications, etc.)
