BestChange administration, please pay attention to this case. Basically ImExchanger is using unverified marketplace accounts to send the coins to the market. And if something is flagged somehow they are asking the user to provide them the documents. This is not how its supposed to be with KYC-free exchange and my refund claim is valid.

To IMExchager. You should've check the risk-score of the coins you accepted PRIOR to do anything about them. So in case you didn't like something you could've simply return them and cancel the order afterwards. But what you doing is that you sending my coins to somewhere else, they are locking them, and now you blaming me for your own F**K-UP. Please stop this ridiculous story and simply state that you are requiring KYC at the bestchange requirements bar.
