Why I would say that I have not received the correct amount on PayPal as you can dispute it at anytime.

Now, their support started acting like robots.
Once they see my transaction id they write this "We are waiting reply from PayPal support".

Please be very careful, I got so much stress in dealing with this exchanger and I'm waiting actually only for help from bestchange admin as I did provide all the proofs in my last email and I'm ready to make a skype call to share my screen on the Paypal account and show exactly the transactions I got.

They started ignoring my messages on their chat, so i realize already that they have no willingness to pay me my money.

They did give my money to a third party which is illegal and not ethical all, if i like to deal with someone else why i would go to their website?

I really in need of my money as soon as possible as I'm paying for my dedicated server expenses and it seems that they will take forever to come back with an another story.

As i said before, I'm ready to make a skype call and share my screen to show my transactions in case there is any doubt to clear.

After more than 2 weeks, still waiting for my money...
a scammer exchanger(by accident) trusted a scammer partner on my money... all i need is a help to get my money.
no clear view since more than 2 weeks they run away from the truth i also asked for a skype call where i will share my screen and show my paypal transaction on live but they are coward they can't face the truth and offer a solution.

So i did share my PayPal password with their admin, they did verify by themselves that I have not received my money.

The weird thing is that they did not offer me any solution as their client after that, and apparently i must wait for more...

Hello, Hans! We cant answer why you have problems with site because havent required information but we can recommend u use a private browser window, if this also does not help, you can always ask our support to help with the application

I conntacted the support in the chat, was no help at all. first he suggested to me to change the browser, than the IP... i did even more i changed PC and internet provider...

there is no any problem with the site, the support checked this and suggested you to change browser, that helps usually. As I said we can recommend u use a private browser window, restart your router and pc

Did i not say i used 2 different PCs and even 2 different internet providers and 4 different browser. should i change maybe also house or maybe even go to a different country on this planet.... your suggestions are useless AFTER i already tested your suggestions and pointet that in the first post here out too... its not so hard to understand.

That is the point i did everything possible on my side. You are really annoying. 2 different internet providers, 2 different PCs and 4 different browser and you still blame others after obviously something is wrong with your system not reacting to simple buttons you put on your own website.
