1. Support first replied that the transaction was not completed because I specified the wrong Bitcoin address. I sent them a different address.
2. Then support asked for confirmation of my email, where they wrote that the funds were blocked. They asked to confirm the origin of the funds. I replied that I didn’t have any screenshots of the exchange, but I know for sure that all the funds were received using the *** service more than a year ago, and this service is currently unavailable. Moreover, AMLbot does not give any negative assessment to my addresses.
3. Support replied that AMLbot is useless in this situation and they have some other sources of risky information at my addresses and I need to wait. No one indicated exactly what sources and what they are connected with.
This has been going on for two days now. I believe that they simply took possession of my funds in a dishonest way and are trying to justify themselves and stall for time.

Like any other hot wallet, the exchange has the right to move funds at its own discretion within its infrastructure, however the equivalent of this amount remains on your account and no one uses these funds for their own purposes.

1. The transaction took a very long time and the status changed several times from payment from the exchanger and back to waiting for payment from me. Which has already caused me some concerns, because this does not happen in automatic mode.
2. The first time, customer service responded that the transaction was not completed because they could not send funds to the Bitcoin address I provided. I sent them a different address.

3. Then support received a current version of a delay in payment due to blocking. In this case, only standard excuses are used. A very convenient position to simply remain silent and stall for time. Despite the fact that Changee themselves admitted that AMLbot did not show any negative information.

4. The big question is why did they not leave my funds at a temporary address until the end of the “investigation”, but were immediately transferred to another account? My funds turned out to be clean enough to be listed on the exchange infrastructure and participate in trading. And the message that my amount is fixed at some other address looks simply ridiculous. Neither the address nor the amount of equivalent funds were indicated in the personal correspondence. Again, it's very convenient to use this as an excuse.
This has been going on for two weeks now. Silence and standard excuses. How much longer can this last? Month? Year? This can last as long as you like. Now the administration of the exchanger can answer any question every time: “we understand your concern, wait for the investigation to be completed.”

Exchanged 32000 USDT to BTC. Initially they promised exchange rate around 62000. I transfered USDT immidiately but while confirmations came and they sent BTC exchange rate was fluctuating between 62000 and 63640. But when exchange was completed, the exchange rate was 64282. There was never during the eexchange timeframe aclose exchange rate on the market to what they have used. Of course, exchange rate can change, but how come it can end up so much worse than the market?
