Exchange rate is way worse than what they show here.
Exchanged 32000 USDT to BTC. Initially they promised exchange rate around 62000. I transfered USDT immidiately but while confirmations came and they sent BTC exchange rate was fluctuating between 62000 and 63640. But when exchange was completed, the exchange rate was 64282. There was never during the eexchange timeframe aclose exchange rate on the market to what they have used. Of course, exchange rate can change, but how come it can end up so much worse than the market?

They forced me to cancel the exchange as it wasn't profitable for them. They were finding difference excuses, playing with "words" and trying to push to cancel the exchange. Their rules, regulations and all staff — is just a water which goes to toiler. They don't follow anything. In this exchange and time of 1 hour, I lost more than 300 usdt. Thank you guys. I will keep this review so other will avoid. Other comments might be "fake".

First of all, we are not interested in our customers losing their funds. This is a strange assumption, we are only interested in long-term cooperation.
The customer's words that we "forced" them to cancel the exchange are not true. The customer personally asked us to stop the exchange immediately. Since we strive to provide the best service, the exchange was immediately stopped at the request of the customer.
Since the customer requested to stop the exchange, we were no longer able to proceed with the exchange at the current rate and the team confirmed that the only technical option we had left was to make a refund, as the customer had previously requested.
The customer refused the refund for a long time and did not want to confirm the address. Because of this, it took some time before we confirmed refund address with the customer and were able to forward the refund request to the technical team.
Once the request was forwarded, the team took it to work. Unfortunately, this is not an instant process. In our case, all refunds are done manually, which requires the time of a specialized staff member. We would like to remind you that the customer themselves requested a refund when they first contacted support.
The customer has been refunded in full. We no longer have any financial obligations to the customer.
