I sent them 0.056... btc and I dont have my money... They told me my first they have technical problem and now my funds trigger risk control... I am in contact with them via telegram and I am waiting for the matter to be resolved, but I am concerned about the situation...

I just got my money back, luckily it only ended with 2 days of fear and a loss of a few dollars because the exchange rate changed, one thing I can say for sure is that changee.com is not a scam, they replied to me relatively quickly, but I still received information that I had waiting, which didn't completely calm me down. If it weren't for Tracador, through whom I had the exchange, it would have been much worse mentally, they provided me with more information and calmed me down. I believe that such companies should return money much faster in the event of problems with their funds and then resolve the issue between themselves and their liquidity providers. If it wasn't changee.com fault but something else actually failed, then thank you because the issue has been resolved.
