I wanted to sell USDT on this beautiful site, I chose: I get Visa/MasterCard PLN, after I entered my data, sent them the crypto, and then I was waiting for a very minimalistic menu with data about the transfer, at first I thought that something long money does not come to the card, very strange. I write to support, they answer: Wait. Okay. Then after 2 hours the status changed to: wrong wallet. Again write to support, they write: your cards are not supported (Visa), I offered them an alternative card in another currency, which I have — also not supported. And finally they returned my money with the deduction of the commission (thanks for that though). So, what is the complaint: why did I choose to receive money on visa/mastercard pln card, and they tell me that my bank (one of the most popular in Poland) is not supported? They also refunded the money with the commission deducted, not the full amount.

Support said money will be deposited in 30 minutes and then exchange website shut down. didn’t receive my funds.
