I have changed 0.033 BTC to perfect money, when the rate was 6139 USD , but exact after BTC was sent, Rate dropped 159 USD in their site, when nothing happened in the market and BTC-USD chart and sites did not change their rate in same time. when I complained, they told me I agreed to their policy. so, If they like to give rate 3000 USD for 1 BTC, We should give up. They are doing the robbery.

Hamed, we don't have any separate rate for bestchange.com, they update it from our website every 5 seconds.
Anyways, you went to our website's main page after bestchange.com and you saw the exchange rate there. There also was a warning that said the rate can change before your transaction gets confirmed and you agreed with it before making an exchange.

This exchanger will cheat you. Never use. I will produce a video of my transaction with them later today.
I exchanged 0.2btc to PM at the price of $9,280/btc and at 1 confirmation the price reached $9,200.19. At this point I chatted the support and he/she confirmed that I had to wait until 3 confirmations.
At 3 confirmations, btc price already clicks $9,337 but to my suprise this crook paid me at the rate of $8,887/ btc citing terms of service to cheat.
I made it known that I monitored the transaction from the start to finish but this thief would not listen.
