VERY BAD.
When withdrawing cash the cashier demanded verification by phone call + photo/video — although when creating an application it was agreed to receive by password.
When trying to cancel the transaction and return the funds — they stole 1% "penalty"
All those who need a quick exchange/receipt of cash (for example, to help relatives or pay salaries to employees) — you will be fraudulently verified here, take a video, steal 1% commission for issuing new notes.
