After that we sent you the transaction hash. We are sorry that you waited for a long time, but it does not mean that we are scammers and withheld your funds. We have sent you the full amount of your request. You can write a feedback but not a financial claim as you have received payment.

Wow, just listen to your self. I am unfamiliar with how exchange works. But you conveniently held my funds for over an hour and after i made this complaint here. Then you remembered that you owe me and that was when you could send funds. What a COINCIDENCE admin. I pity anyone who will do huge business transactions with you and expect transparency.
