We ask you to provide video evidence meeting the following requirements:
Open the Google Play/App Store and search for banking or payment apps. If your bank account is accessed via a website, make sure the link to it is visible throughout the video.
Record the process of logging into the banking app (make sure the password is hidden) and show the transaction history from the order date up to today.
It is important that the video clearly shows the date, time, account number, and the names of both the sender and the recipient.
The video must be recorded using a separate device (a phone or camera).
Editing the video is prohibited; screen recordings are not accepted.
The background of the video must be dynamic (e.g., moving cars or people). Videos with a dark or static background will not be accepted and will require re-recording.

Unfortunately, all payments were sent in full from our side. For an unknown reason, one of the transfers was not credited to your account, despite being successfully processed and sent by us.
