Good day, I’m writing regarding the 1mile exchange service. I created an exchange and paid $200. They froze the transaction, and when I asked why, they told me that in a previous transaction, they overpaid me. Now they’re demanding that I return the funds.

I don’t owe you anything — this was a failure on your side, not mine. You have no right to demand any kind of refund from me. And if you do have the right to request a refund, then please provide the rules or terms that outline this procedure.
