Needed to exchange USDT(TRC-20) to VND (cash). Got my cash in Ho Chi Minh via ATM cash code. There was a small issue with the limits, had to use 2 different ATMs, but I still got all my cash within one hour. A support person contacted me via WhatsApp to guide me through the whole process since I was a first time user. Exchange rate is ok considering all the commission fees are already included in it. Overall it’s a pretty great service, probably will use it again.

I made my exchange request on 30.12.2024 16:00 and did not receive funds until 02.01.2025 11:00. Support/Jivo chat was slow to respond and would on a few occasions respond with a single word such as "pending" after 12+ hours. I eventually got my funds without any notification. I did not feel like there was any effort into making me feel reassured I almost felt like a nuisance for asking simple questions and having to wait so long.
