The following error was displayed during the transaction: “We are working as quickly as possible for you.
We have a problem with the payment of your order. We will fix this problem as soon as possible.”
And afterwards I had to realize that although nothing had changed in the stable coin prices, I was only paid 3192.67 USDC, a difference of 34 USDC! This means that the rate was subsequently adjusted and is significantly higher than stated on BestExchange. This is definitely not legal and it is unacceptable for stable coins to have such a large price difference!

My issue was sending the wrong currency (xDAI instead of DAI).
Support via email said that I have to send 15 USDT + fee so they can make crypto back.
Made it last night, wrote this morning to the support to confirm the transaction and say that everything is ok but no reply.

Currently, passed two days from last time I recieved information from TradeToCash support team.
"Dear Customer,

I did not recieved any more updates about situation itself, neither deadlines or "expected time of waiting".
The funds itself can be easily located and transferred in terms of 5 minutes (it's a basic procedure which is not actually costs two days).
As a proof I really paid 15 dollars + fees, linking the TXID 22598f69ac82e19777473453bcfad8f82cb58cf001a907f00501bfb89dfacf5e.
funds can be easily located via etherscan on this adress (not sure if i can post links here).
