But, Yandex cancelled and transferred that payment back to solidchanger.
It has been over 24 hours since I requested Solidchanger to return those funds, minus their transaction fees, to my Payeer account.

This website is cheating with the rates - http://www.bestchange.com/bitcoin-to-visa-mastercard-usd.html in fact they will send $16.5 less for bitcoin than they are claiming! And this $16.5 is not "visa/mc fee" - this is a lie. It's up to them how much to charge for the service, but they should not cheat with rate - bestchange will be much more usefull if such cheaters will be banned!
