I opened an exchange for usdc polygon to xmr, sent it and their system wouldn't recognize my deposit.
I contacted support, they checked the tx id and confirmed the transaction was real and to the good address, they told me they'd perform the exchange manually. one day later I've still not received my money and didn't get any news from them.
