I sent them the BTC and got eight confirmations.
They said it would take up to 30 minutes, but I'm waiting for nearly two hours now.
They are not responding to live chats so I sent an email but still no response.
When is this exchange completed?

Support is only answering with "Sorry, I can't answer you now. You can leave me your Email, I will contact you a little later!"
Normally when i make a transfer on other sites the wallet which i transfer to is unique for me and there the amount does not need to be exact. Does not seem to be this way here.
The support does not seem helpful so far but we will see what happens.
It was quite a significant amount of money.

My summary of Quickex would be that the technical platform is lacking some stability or features but it is a serious exchange. They could have scammed me if they wanted to but all went through and i have my money now.

checked. Our courses are updated every second and depend on the situation on cryptocurrency exchanges. Also, the course depends on the volume. On small amounts, the rate is worse than on large ones. But on too large amounts, the rate is gradually deteriorating.

It has now been almost 3 weeks since I sent funds and Quickex has not responded in over a week.
Original claim:
On the morning of August 3, I sent 13.94 XMR to Quickex. Shortly after initiating the transaction, it became evident that the transfer would not be completed by the time it needed to be, so I emailed Quickex and the other vendor asking to cancel the transaction. The other vendor said they could send the BTT back to the originating address.
I subsequently had the following exchange with Quickex support:
paul o, [Aug 3, 2019 at 1:22:51 AM]:
the address is correct, however, the recipient may end up sending the coins back because the payment was confirmed too late. in that case, i wanted to make sure it would go to my refund address
Quickex, [Aug 3, 2019 at 1:27:16 AM]:
Yes, If you typed your address into “refund address” field.
Upon receipt of this message, I told the other vendor to send to the originating address. However, the Quickex rep got uncertain with me when I said it was being sent and told me to wait. At that point I quickly jumped back into the thread with the other vendor to see if they could wait if they hadn't already sent it, but the funds had already been sent.
Proving hash of Quickex sending BTT to vendor: (https://tronscan.org/#/transaction/e48d511028765e89b1cc46f7499ed4719e43f5bef09019c836cb637c46be830b)

Quickex support was always polite and kind throughout the process, however they did stop responding 5 days ago. As such, I am filing this complaint. Quickex: please return my 13.94 XMR to my refund address.

The rate applied to the order in question was 293.75399337848006 USDT. The exchange itself took place at 12:32:29 UTC+3, that is the moment after incoming ETH transfer received 2 confirmations in the blockchain.
After all the fees (our fee and network fee) applied, the customer received 390.3990572 USDT
Consequently, the exchange was processed at the real-time rates provided by the market. Quickex can neither predict nor influence the rates and for this reason we do not fix them and the amount a customer sees when creating their transaction is always estimated. This fact is mentioned on our website.
In order to avoid any similar issues in the future we recommend to send ETHwith a higher network fee, so that the transfer could get confirmed sooner and it would be more possible to exchange the coins at an estimated rate.

The discrepancy occurred because of the rate change. Market prices were pretty unstable in June, so in a situation like this it is likely for a customer to get more or less than what was estimated, since the rates fluctuate every minute. The price of ETH went slightly down at the moment of the conversion in question, you can make sure if you take a look at the screenshot "ETH-BTC rate, 27.06". The rate applied was equal to 0.025875 BTC for 1 ETH. The rate is present in the candlestick 9:00-9:15 which corresponds to the first stage of the exchange, that is the ETH-to-BTC exchange. So, by checking the screenshot attached, you can make sure that the first part of the exchange was performed in accordance with the real-time rate provided by the exchange market and that the rate drop did influence the following discrepancy.
The BTC-USDT rate was fluctuating as well. You can check it with the second screenshot which illustrates the USDT price growth. The growth was not so significant by itself, but together with the ETH rate drop it caused the discrepancy mentioned by you and by your customer. On the screenshot you can see the red candlestick corresponding to the period when the second stage of the conversion took place, that is the period between 9:10 and 9:15 UTC. The red candlestick means the price drop, in other words the price of BTC went down compared to the price of USDT. The rate applied was 11632.39276919659 USDT for 1 BTC. The rate is present in the candlestick we mentioned.
If you apply the rates to the input amount of the transaction, you'll get the following output amount - 400.01332666 USDT. This is the amount Changelly received after the second stage of the exchange was completed. Then the system withdrew our fee of 5,61426946 USDT and USDT network fee of 4 USDT. The resulting amount equal to 390.3990572 USDT was then transferred to the customer.
Therefore, the resulting amount was lower than the estimated, for the rates corresponding to the currencies involved changed. Quickex doesn't fix exchange rates and this fact is mentioned on our website and in our Terms of Use. So, the amount displayed when a transaction is being formed is an estimated one and may differ from the actual one in case of any price fluctuations.
The discrepancy in question, therefore, does not imply any reimbursement.

As you know, the rate of cryptocurrencies is very volatile and if sharp dumps or pump-ups of coins occur during transactions - with unfixed rates, we exchange the exchange at the current rates.

“Be extremely careful. Their "best" exchange rate is not true; the rate will change for the worse when you send funds.
I exchanged 0.1 BTC to 0.3509831655 ETH, order number - afba_6731fcc4-a5c6-4256-bffc-9fc9e75c63cd
At all the top exchanges now the value of BTC and ETH are growing…it based on simple logic and coinmarketcap; I should have received more ETH! However, I got less - 0.34606094 ETH.
At the same time in the order page, they write that the commission is already included in the exchange rate.
Never consider your customers a fool.”
You answered me:
“Gill, the Quick platform is designed to search for the best exchange rates across multiple exchanges around the world, many of which prefer to remain anonymous. We can't name the exchanges for you, but the exchange resulted in getting about 0.346094 ETH followed by charging for the network as well as with a ~ 0.5% Quickex Commission. And, of course, there are thousands of sites to check the exchange rates, and they will all be slightly different. from each other at any time. The result of the exchange is more profitable compared to what I see in the system https://coinmarketcap.com June 23rd”
My question:
“So your Commission is floating, too?
Your website says that your Commission is only 0.3 (no icon ~) - "Quickex deduct the fee - 0.3" !
Why do you write here that your Commission is ~ 0.5?”
I immediately realized that you have something not clean.

Yes, indeed, the commission is floating and depends on the amount of currency. We work through the stock exchange and this is normal. But in the near future, we will connect the fixation of exchange rates. Watch out for our commissary on bestchenzh

Fix it! Or don't lie about your "best rates" at bestchange!

You seem to not see my question. You have a warning that you do not fix exchange rates, but it says on your website that the commission for your services is 0.3%, without taking into account the floating rate (and, again, it is not the best).
And you wrote in your reply to me that your commission amounts to "~ 0.5% of the Quickex commission"
This proves that you either do not understand what you are writing about, or are lying.

And the exchange you make at the best rate. Do you have a fixed fee for each exchange or not?
If so, how many percent does it make? 0.3 or ~ 0.5%?

Put a warning about additional commission. Otherwise it is a deception of users.
I will not remove the claim until you do this. This is a matter of principle.

But as a result, this course will always be changed, since the commission is imposed later, depending on the amount of exchange. For volumes above 10 BTC, this is 0.3%, for other amounts, it is ~ 0.6%.
I'm right?

Please explain why you are sending to bestchange rates without a commission?
You wrote that there is a problem with the transfer of data about commission on bestchange - “Gill, I actually can not put such a warning on the BC. because the course is estimated at one point. 1 unit. Here the problem is already the source file that the BK requests. We solve this issue by the administration of the portal.”
Also, you wrote that the ñommission is “floating” and is set for each amount individually - “Gill, 0.3% is the rate at 10 BTC, but the smaller the volume, the smaller the rate. With your volume of 0.01, BTC turned out a rate of 0.6. I understand that this is a large amount. And this difference is significant.
For example, for my transaction it was ~ 0.6 (although the site says that it is only 0.3%).
I ask you to explain what rates you send on bestchange monitoring.

You have an additional (since you don’t transfer it to the bestchange — hidden) the commission of which you have admitted yourself.
I am not interested in your fixed rates, I only care that no one else is deceived by your exchanger.
