I wanted to exchange BTC for Tether. I've never had any issues with AML/KYC. They took my BTC and said I needed to go through AML/KYC because certain risks were triggered... BTC got frozen. After 13 days, they told me that I passed the AML/KYC verification, BUT they won't proceed with the exchange. They returned my BTC and charged a 5% commission for this.
I lost time and over $300. I do not recommend it.
