The worst case for a long time, with you. I have lost money, the rate is dropped less than before this exchanging. You are still trying to exchange after 1.5hrs after the confirmation from my side. As I can see from reviews you and your partners always have some technical issues... But even if that's true - I asked them a lot of times to process the transaction manually and they refused.
I believe bestchange.com should step in and start the investigation. Because it's not okay to hold user's money for days without a clear reason.
