Your first name was blocked, so we informed you about this. You asked us to change recipient's name and paid extra fee 40$, but after you asked make refund and we did it. Our minimum fee is 40$ for this direction and we took it, because we have cost of sending transfer which we pay to sender.

Amount has been refunded without perfect money fee 0.5%, that is why you got 1293.50$. Sender which made payment to your 1st receiver is new in MG system so he isn’t blocked.

Why you dont send me my money 1300$ also see the other order its not completed still refunded same and minus the fee amount you steal, you are bad people , you are rippers and scammers im really worried about other people like me who will get ripped or scammed

Order has been refunded without perfect money fee, because we can’t pay it by ourselves in case when customer ask us to do refund. If you don’t want to pay transfer fee you may use another e currency like advcash.

Transfer has been sent to your blocked name, then you asked us to make resend to new receiver name, for this service you paid 40USD. Our new sender collected funds to make transfer and was ready to do it, but you asked us to do refund so we did it, sure you paid transaction fee. 40 USD is our minimum non-refundable fee for this direction, because we have costs for sending of transfer
