The request is still not completed. The waiting time was increased as punishment for leaving a negative review.
1. Customer support. It’s a whole saga — rudeness and personal insults. They ignore inquiries for hours. They start insulting you personally if you use even a single swear word. Support makes up rules on the fly. They told me they wouldn’t process my request until I deleted the negative comment, and if I refused, they’d return my funds with an outrageous 10% fee. After inventing this new “rule,” they also said my request has only been in process for 23 hours instead of 39, and that I need to wait another 49 hours (plus the weekend).
2. My second review was deleted by the platform, supposedly because it was written in hieroglyphs. I no longer have access to this comment, but support is demanding that I delete it — otherwise they won’t proceed with the exchange.

48 hours have passed since the request was created. The funds have not been received. The service has suddenly made up a new rule stating that while there is a negative review about them, they will not process the exchange ( *** )

47 hours after the request was created, I received ˆ118.72, although I had ordered ˆ140.83. ( *** )

The service underpaid ˆ22.11.

After numerous requests to move the conversation into a constructive direction, I proposed the following:
1. The service completes the exchange within the agreed timeframe (48 hours, i.e., by 13:33 on 26.06.2025).
2. The operator apologizes to me for the insults (proof of the insults: ***).

In response, I was told that I will receive nothing. Moreover, I was demanded to apologize personally and publicly for leaving a negative review and for using inappropriate language ( ***)

I do acknowledge that I did use inappropriate language (evidence: *** ), but it was not directed at anyone personally. It was used to emphasize and express my frustration over the fact that support was not responding and I had already been waiting for the exchange for more than 24 hours. If translated into English, what I wrote would roughly mean: “Where the*** money / Where is the money, damn”.

I sincerely ask the BestChange platform to assist in resolving this exchange issue and to take appropriate action, as the exchange service is clearly violating point 6 of the “Terms of Participation in the Monitoring” rules.

First of all, keep in mind that the exchange can happen in minutes or it can take 72 hours. It took me a little less than 24 hours.
Secondly, the support service only responds to messages in Telegram. And for the first 20 hours it did not accept my messages (possibly a glitch).
In the third exchange rate is indicated as 1:1 (usdt-usd paypal), BUT! there is a commission, which is deducted from your money. I received 5-6% less than I sent.

A patment was sent via paypal but they didn't send it as family as friends they sent it different. I requested the sender via paypal message to click in her account that the item was received by her so that paypal releases the funds. As soon as this is done I will receive my payment and i will marke the matter resolved. This never happened in my life honestly.

I did pay in 3 minutes after the start of the order. The statement — We’re got your payment, waiting for the operator’s review appeared. It is being there for like 8 hours, after that I texted to their telegram and they solved the issue. Thanks to the person who did that, but not to the service itself. It feels like it is enough safe to use this website, but I’m not sure about speed of the exchange.

Support on Telegram just tells me to message their email support, the email support never responds. I had 2 orders which were never paid out, while I was dealing with my first order having the wrong email specified, the website underwent maintenance for an update, meaning my old order was no longer valid. My second order just was never paid out even though all details were specified correctly, as I said earlier, Telegram support either never responds or takes 2 or 3 days to just say to message their email support.
