Your initial complaint about "Order status shows you : User refused to make payment" is wrong. As we could see that there were no issuse on this order. Your order status updated and marked as paid by the auto system. Most probably you were checked another order's status.
Regarding paypal error, Yes, we got error during send it. We already shared to screenshot. It says, Receiver can't receive payment at this moment. Please contact with paypal support and get in touch with our support to resolve it.

Despite the promise to process the request within 24 hours, the refund has not been made to date. During this time, I have repeatedly contacted support but either received generic responses about “checking the issue” or no reply at all.

Date of the request: December 13, 2024
Order ID: ***
All required information was sent to support@okpays.com.
Timeline:
• December 13: Refund request was submitted.
• December 16: Follow-up request sent to support chat with attached proof of my email.
• December 17: Support replied, “We will check,” without any specifics.
• December 20: Seven days passed since the request — no updates.
• December 23: I submitted a complaint with a warning of filing an official grievance.
As of now, more than 10 days have passed, but the funds have still not been refunded. I consider the actions of this exchanger irresponsible and untrustworthy. Such behavior undermines user confidence in the service!
