Stop calling scammer. We asked you to contact with perfect money support? Did you already contact with them but no reply? It means your transaction is under review. They will reply you when they approve the transaction.
If you didn't contacted with them yet, it means you didn't paid yet, showing fake screenshots or you already know about the PM outgoing transaction delay issues.

We didn't received perfect money yet. Most probably your perfect money outgoing transaction is not approved yet. It is under their security. It's usually happen when you try to spend all of your balance or recently received money .
We recommend you to contact with perfect money support. SO they will check and let you know when it's completed.
All orders has specific payment window timeframe. If payment not received within certain time then orders get deleted automatically.

Awful service. I had 2 exchanges that took extremely long, first one was done in 20 hours, second one is not done after 30+ hours.
When telling them I am not happy with the service they are sayin “Be patient”. I do not seek your service to test my patience, I need service that is fast and reliable and you definitely do not have this credit.

We asked you to provide a video of your bank account. But you refused.
Completed and successful orders doesn't come refund unless you manually refund it.
In that case, to clarify. you can officially submit an application claim request to the bank with an UTR number. So if there is no transaction found then the bank will provide you a letter of confirmation that your account didn't received money. then we can officially file a complaint to the provider bank.
We/provider already contacted with bank support. They told, the transaction was completed and money was sent successfully. There is no refund received on it.
