I was disappointed with the quality of service. I initially requested that the amount be credited in USD to my Revolut account, but this was declined due to Revolut’s security policy. I was offered either a refund or a transfer via IBAN. I agreed to receive euros instead, provided my bank details, and asked what amount would be credited. They later replied with an amount $70 lower than expected — ˆ3125 instead of ˆ3135 based on their own exchange rate — and processed the transfer without waiting for my confirmation.
When I raised concerns, they only offered a full refund, without addressing the issue. I ultimately decided not to proceed with a return to avoid further complications with Revolut.
I believe I am entitled to at least the difference based on the exchange rate they themselves stated — and ideally, to receive the exact amount I originally requested. It’s not my responsibility that they failed to fulfill the transaction as initially promised.
I believe it’s important to share this experience: the support team was unresponsive, and the issue was handled in a formal, inflexible manner. The service is not equipped to deal with non-standard situations or take customer interests into account — and for that reason, I cannot recommend Monease.

Firstly, you did not provide complete details for the USD Revolut transfer, as you didn’t have a card number, and you requested the amount to be sent in EUR. We informed you in advance of the exact amount you would receive in euros, based on our exchange rate and after deducting the commission between USD and EUR. You agreed to receive the transfer in euros. The refusal came from your side only after the transaction had already been completed.
Please note that we assisted you based on your request, and we did not deduct $70 as you claimed. Kindly review the details and the exchange rate ,you will see that your assumption is incorrect.

The order was for the exchange of 500 USDT to 42,570 rubles. This is confirmed both on the order page and in my communication with Monease support. However, I only received 34,500 rubles.
I discovered this discrepancy several days after the exchange was completed. Moreover, I became aware of it only after their partner — the individual who transferred the funds to me — initiated a chargeback request through their bank. My bank’s support team contacted me via the banking app and informed me that this individual was requesting a reversal of the transfer.
Upon investigating who this person was and which transfer was being referred to, I realized that the transfer was related to the USDT exchange through Monease.
I immediately contacted Monease support. They clarified all the details, confirmed that I had indeed received an incomplete amount, and also provided a receipt from the individual who transferred the funds to me. The receipt clearly shows that I was paid less than the amount specified in the order. They promised to get back to me within 12 hours.
However, no one has contacted me since. It has now been several days.
As a result, the following issues remain unresolved:
1. I did not receive the full amount as specified in the exchange order.
2. Their partner, who made the transfer, is now requesting a full refund under the pretext that the transfer was made by mistake, which seems highly suspicious.

I have contacted you multiple times. I spoke with your support via live chat and also submitted the contact form. I even submitted the form twice, because it didn't provide any confirmation message on submission. I have not received any response since then, nor have I received the missing amount in rubles that you initially failed to send.
I demand that you finally send me the missing funds and provide a response to the email address I used to communicate with your support team via live chat, as well as the one I used to submit the contact form on your website.
I also demand an explanation as to why the person you are working with — the one who transferred the funds to me — is requesting a reversal of the payment. Their actions appear suspicious and resemble fraudulent behavior.

1. Transaction reference (for example, MT-103 or equivalent)
2. Sender’s full name
3. Exact date of the transfer
4. Clearly stated transaction amount and currency
The general account statement you've provided does not contain any transaction reference numbers, making it impossible for Revolut to trace or confirm this specific transfer.
I kindly ask you once again to urgently request your bank to provide an official, separate confirmation specifically for this transaction, including a transaction reference number, so I can forward it to Revolut to resolve this issue.
