Issue has been successfully resolved by the exchanger's administration
I was waiting for the completion of the swap for around 5 and a half hours. The service has tried to ensure me, that the transfer to my bank account was completed. And that the pending is on the side of my bank (Wise). However, I have contacted my bank & the support of the bank told me, that they doesn't have any pending transfers! I do have all of the screenshots of the entire process, as well as the proof screenshots from my bank. Wise — my bank has offered me to do an investigation, which will take 1 working day. It means, that the swap wasn't completed and will remain so for at least until the end of Monday — which is way much more out from the service promising completion times. I haven't received the transfer to my bank & the completion of the obligations of this service remains open!

Claim isn't solved! You know the information, in accordance with the investigation process by Wise — only since I've shared it with your support team. Don't try to trick Bestchange with such statements and showing up like you've solved the situation. As well as your support knows very well, that I've shared the statement you've provided me — however my Wise bank answered to this; that there's NO pending transaction in amount of 675 EUR at their side at all! So the problem is still on your side & you got really to solve it asap, not only showing up as it's solved here, by Bestchange. I've requested you and UETR number of the transfer made — which you aren't able to provide. Don't miss up — that I do have all of the proofs of my words within the screenshots as from my bank, as well as from the whole process on your side.

Well, my bank hasn't any pending transfer at all — the screenshot of that I've provided to your support team. So please; stop repeating the topic, that it's a trouble with my bank (Wise) — since it's absolutely ridiculously not so. It's fine, that you are in touch with your sender's bank — since the trouble supposed to be on your side. However the ticket here got to remain open, since the claim is still not solved, doesn't you might it's fair? Once the trouble with your bank will be solved & I achieve my transfer — then and only in such a case, we're about to switch the status to "solved", isn't it?

After the weekend, once the first working day began — the service has informed me, that the transfer has being returned to their sender's bank. The service support wrote me, that they're immediately re-transfering the same amount out from their different sender's bank. The transfer arrived my Wise within 37 minutes after this message (what suits into the service's usual terms — 15 mins to 2 h). I want to thank the service support for being always in touch. And I hope, that they'll use their this "different sender's bank" in the future to arrange the transfers to the Wise bank of their users.
