Ignore them, pick a better exchanger. I’ve been waiting since 7 AM and the transfer still hasn’t arrived. My wire has been stuck in “auto payment” mode for hours with no updates at all.
Support is not helpful, no clear explanation, just generic replies. I was told that a previous customer received their money after 27 hours. That’s not reassuring when there’s no transparency. Whenever you raise concerns, they hide behind their TOS, basically saying everything is “written there” and they don’t owe you anything, all you can do is wait.
This level of service is very disappointing. Still waiting for my money. As soon as it comes back, wouldn’t use this service ever again.

Just so everyone knows, I don’t know if even 50% of the reviews here are real, this is what you should expect when you’re waiting your money for 27 hours:
The status "Waiting for confirmation from the auto-pay module" means that your transfer has already been sent and is being processed. Different types of payments are used to send fiat currency and cryptocurrency.
If you have a payment to your card details, bank transfers usually go through immediately, but sometimes it takes 10-20 minutes.
In rare cases, bank transfers can take up to several hours.
If you are receiving a cryptocurrency payment, there may be a delay of about half an hour due to the transaction being generated for sending.
In both cases, if you see this status, there is no need to worry, you just need to wait for your currency to be credited to your account.

FYI when I used any other exchanger here, it worked good enough so I don’t need to ask a bank anything. I don’t care what kind of technical problems you guys have but I want crypto back.
