I sent btc for pm and it was not processed, when i contacted online chat, he/she mentioned it was less than the required amount and i should send extra 500usd. I did that and they have refused to pay me or refund me. This us the new scam they are doing. Refund my money

Your terms and conditions clearly states where there is a less amount transferred. The client is entitled to a refund. You cannot force a client to make a transaction he/she doesn't want to proceed with, it is not done anywhere in the world, that is called FRAUD. Kindly refund my money
