A few hours later, I contacted support again in an attempt to speed up the process and proposed several alternative solutions. For each of them, I received completely unconvincing explanations. For example:
Suggestion: Perhaps it would be possible to recall the payment and resend it using different details?
Response: It is impossible to recall the payment; the bank is reviewing it (which is very strange).
Suggestion: Then maybe you could transfer the second part of the payment, since according to the screenshot only part of the funds is under review?
Response: We need to wait until the review of the first payment is completed, as we cannot guarantee that the second part will not also be flagged for review.
My response: But even if the first review is completed successfully, you still cannot guarantee that the second transfer will not also be flagged. So why not proceed with it now instead of waiting?
Response: The employee who was handling your transaction has finished their working day.

In this case, the delay was caused by a bank compliance review applied to the initial payment. While a transfer is under such review, it is not possible to resend, split, or retry payments to the same recipient details, as this may result in multiple transactions being frozen at once and increase the risk for the client.
Once a transfer enters a bank or AML review, it cannot be recalled or modified by the sender. These procedures are carried out by banks and payment systems and are outside the exchange’s control, which may affect processing times.
Regarding communication, our support team informed you that the specialist assigned to your order had completed their working day at that moment. We apologize if this caused any confusion. Certain confirmations related to bank-reviewed transactions require coordination with the responsible manager, and no additional actions are technically possible until the bank completes its verification.
Our priority in such situations is fund safety.

According to the information provided by your representative, only part of the payment is under bank review. Despite this, the exchange is making no attempt to transfer the remaining part of the funds, continuously referring to the pending first transaction.
From my perspective, this position is questionable. Even in the event that the first transfer successfully passes the review, there is no guarantee that a second transfer would not be subject to a similar check. Therefore, refusing to process the remaining amount does not actually reduce risk — it only delays fulfillment of the transaction.
Additionally, the transaction amount itself is relatively small, yet it was split. This raises reasonable questions about the payment structure used (this is my subjective opinion), as otherwise there would be no clear reason to divide such an amount.
At this point, any communication from support essentially comes down to a polite version of:
“Please wait as long as necessary. Everything is under control. We cannot assist further.”
I understand the existence of bank and AML procedures. However, as of now, the transaction has not been completed, the funds have not been received, and no concrete timeline or actionable solution has been provided.
I will continue waiting, as there seems to be no alternative, but I would appreciate a more transparent explanation of the process and a realistic timeframe for completion.

There were some technical and banking-related difficulties during the process, which resulted in a longer waiting time than I initially expected. However, the support team stayed in touch, explained that the delay was related to bank compliance checks, and kept me informed about the status.
In the end, the exchange was successfully completed, and the funds were fully credited to my account.
I appreciate that the team focused on fund safety and completed the transaction despite the complications. Overall, the experience was positive, and I would consider using this exchange again.

As stated in our Terms of Service, which you personally confirmed before creating the order: “6.1. Refunds are processed within 5 (five) business days. Business days refer to weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends established by Ukrainian legislation.”
Since you declined to provide alternative correct payment details, your refund request will be processed strictly according to the rules — in the standard payout queue.

Later it turned out that this number was not linked to your bank account, which made it impossible for the bank to credit the funds. Unfortunately, this mistake was fully on your side, as the service processes payouts strictly according to the details entered by the user.
Despite this, for several months we have been assisting you in resolving this issue with the sender bank, although this situation arose solely due to the incorrect information you provided.
Please note that we cannot send the payout a second time or compensate it again. The original transfer was completed successfully and in full compliance with the order details you confirmed. We cannot take financial responsibility for errors in the recipient’s information.

Background not so clear enough:
1) Requested form/info, to do transaction is (email, card number and holder, phone number)
2) All data was provided correctly (no mistakes)
3) But provided phone number didn't linked to any Kazakhstan bank account
It means, transaction cannot be done through payment by provided phone number (number correct, existed and belongs to me). Number didn't linked to any Kazakhstan bank account because its foreign country number
4) Transaction can be completed just by transaction by card number (all my previous transaction was done exactly like that)
Original transfer wasnt completed because its trying to do so by phone number which didnt exist in Kazakstan and cannot be use for transaction
As evidence we have certificate prove of payment request (which cannot be done, because it's trying to use foreign phone number)

For transfers in the direction Tether TRC20 USDT -> JusanBank KZT, the required details on our exchange service are:
– bank card number
– bank name
– full name of the recipient
– phone number linked to online banking
Payments for this direction can be processed either by card number or by the phone number linked to the bank account.
The payment was sent exactly according to the information you provided — to the phone number. We have the official receipt confirming this operation.
It is not technically possible for us to verify whether the provided phone number is linked to banking or not, and we have no reason to doubt the details submitted by the customer.
No other client has ever provided a phone number that is not linked to online banking.
Just as we cannot expect a client to provide a random card number or someone else’s full name, the phone number must also correctly belong to the recipient’s banking account.
To clarify, if you state that your phone number is not linked to your bank account, we do not quite understand, whose is, and why you have provided it.

I didnt provide "random" data.
I provide my personal information belong to me such us (card number and telephone. number)
But provided phone number didnt linked to any bank account (I use it for international communication if necessary)
Recipient, mentioned by you and me — didnt prove completed transaction, because:
- have status on it "transaction accepted"
- but not "transaction completed"
thats because it was done in automatically way
And it cannot be accomplished with that credentials (due to foreign phone number)
And at the end:
1) I sent USDT (we can prove it)
2) Sender tried to sent KZT (but didn't accomplished it). KZT still on his bank account
I just ask for help.
Because all previous transactions (which has many) with the same credentials — was completed, because transferred by card number, not phone number (because that's impossible)
Please do not leave it in that way
