Issue is taken under control by the monitor's administration
Made exchange 2 days ago still didn't received money. They send money to my PUMBank card which was under income limits — my bank send money back to their card of Mnobank. I asked Monobank about transaction, they told me that money was received back by sender.

Kingex support isn't answering my messenges on email, last email was about money "Stuck" was yesterday. Monobank told me that they have no such thing as "Stuck" money.
