The exchange currently STOLE from me 0.0236565 btc that I received from clients for hard earned web design work I did for them. There wasn't any mixers or illegal stuff of course as everything is taxed. They do not want to return my btc and ask for up to 10 days for their fake "AML check" even though I don't want to exchange to euros with them as I need the btc to be exchange for euros today to pay rent. ie they don't want to even return my btc.
Kingex, return my BTC immediately to my wallet.

As clearly stated in our Terms of Use and AML/KYC Policy — which you accepted prior to using our services — we are obliged to perform enhanced due diligence in certain cases. The current review was triggered automatically by our internal compliance system in accordance with those policies.
The BTC you sent is held under technical lock pending the outcome of the AML check. You confirmed your agreement to this process by proceeding with the transaction.
If you are unwilling to provide the required documents, the funds will remain frozen. There will be no refund without compliance.

You can't steal user's funds by faking AML requests and then holding funds ad not return them. You can deny a request for an exchange but you can't steal the money. Do not click on claim resolved as it was obviously not resolved. Don't try to hide your misconduct from being viewed by others.

No funds received on my bank. Support says they send money. SEPA is instant. My bank says nothing was received/pending.
Next day I contact support they ask bank statement, they will not provide a receipt of them sending any funds.
They say order complete but they actually send nothing. They first wait for documents, and then release.
Be careful here, this is not in any of their policies. They can at any time keep your funds. I am still waiting.
