Your order doesn’t have status completed, it’s still under payment module I see 1 usdt on arbitrum network is still going to you. Also we have chat on the web there you can ask any questions. You should get 1 usdt in 3 min. Then when order status is completed it mean all amount is paid. At the moment status is waiting for payment from auto-module.
