Issue has been fully resolved
I am using their services for a long time, always a happy client.
But lately they have changed things, this is the 2nd time I place an exchange and they tell me ~1 hour.
First time I sent on friday, arrived monday, usually it's same day.
And today I have paid at 16:00 and now it's 23:40, still nothing and the support is ignoring me, probably till monday again.
What kind of service is this? Get your things together, listen to your clients and don't make false promises.
I would like to receive my funds as soon as possible and no excuses this time.

the admin of eexchanger is using a different bank now to pay, first it was wise, now zen.
The first time when i had a delay of 3 days, while he said same day payment, he said its done you will receive soon.
Guess what? he just send me screenshot with the same bank, so why the fk are you lying to me? you literally lost a loyal client.
Attention: this exchanger is not instant and they hold your funds until they have found some way to send the funds with random bank accounts that get your accounts blocked.
Stay far far away from here.
