The Essence of the Claim:
The Exchanger is withholding my funds, citing "High Risk". I claim that this is a technical manipulation, because:
Technical Inconsistency: My overall risk score according to an independent audit is "Low-Risk".
Lack of Evidence: The Exchanger refuses to provide a Ticket ID (application number) to its merchant (exchange) or an official audit report. This indicates that the funds may be held in the wallets of the Exchanger itself, and not actually frozen on an external platform.
Refund refusal: I suggested initiating the "Return to Source" procedure (return to the sender's wallet). This is a standard practice for overcoming AML risks without transferring personal data to third parties. The exchanger categorically refused, which violates the principles of honest work.
Blackmail: In the chat, the exchanger's representative directly stated that "the claim will not change the situation", which I regard as pressure and an attempt to appropriate assets.
Requirement to the BestChange moderator:
I ask the exchanger to request evidence of the actual blocking of assets on the merchant's side (a screenshot of the ticket with my transaction ID). If not provided, oblige the exchanger to refund the funds (Refund) minus the network commission and possible additional costs.

Unfortunately, your transaction for 1000 USDT TRC20 has triggered an AML block. The funds are frozen on our merchant’s side until additional information is provided by you. We do not have access to them until the situation is fully reviewed.
Our manager has contacted you and provided a list of information and documents that you need to submit for verification in order to unblock the funds and initiate the return process.
We would like to remind you, as we mentioned before, that all our actions are carried out in accordance with our Rules and AML policy, which you agreed to when submitting your request on the Dvizh.com website.
If you refuse to provide the requested information, the funds will remain frozen indefinitely.
We hope for your understanding and cooperation.
Sincerely,
Dvizh Administration

Furthermore, threatening to hold my funds 'indefinitely' because I refuse to share my passport with a service is a clear violation of fair exchange practices.
My request to the moderator: Please compel the exchange to provide a verifiable Ticket ID or initiate a Refund (Return to Source) to my original wallet address, minus the network fee. This is the standard global industry procedure when a user declines KYC with a specific provider.

Your transaction has been temporarily suspended due to an AML flag triggered on the side of our payment partner. In accordance with compliance regulations and the internal security policies of our partner, details of the internal review, technical risk parameters, and internal ticket identifiers cannot be disclosed publicly or shared with third parties.
At the moment, the funds are under review by the relevant compliance department. In order to complete the investigation, you are required to provide the requested information and documents. This is a standard financial monitoring procedure applied regardless of the transaction amount or client status.
Please note that we do not have the technical ability to independently release the funds or bypass the compliance procedure. The final decision is made solely by our partner’s compliance department in accordance with their internal regulations.
Refusal to provide the requested information makes it impossible to complete the review process and proceed with any further actions regarding the funds.
We remain interested in resolving this matter as quickly as possible and encourage constructive cooperation to complete the verification process.
Sincerely,
Dvizh Administration

Even if the exchange provides any information now, I formally state that I refuse to share my documents with this service. Due to their lack of transparency, evasion of facts, and current Disabled status, I no longer consider this exchange a trusted entity for handling sensitive personal data.
My request to the moderator: Compel the service to perform a Return to Source (Refund) to the original wallet. This is the only secure resolution when a user has a legitimate reason to withhold sensitive data from a non-transparent service.

The exchanger informed us that your refund was processed. Please confirm receipt of the funds.
Kind regards, BestChange administration.
