The exchange is too slow, they haven't confirmed it yet, but it's been an hour since I pay for the quick exchange trc20 to trx. They always reply to the support service with the same message: "Checking" and don't help me.

I converted from TRX to BTC, that was good. This platform has lowest btc withdraw fee with no exchange rate fixed.

Created 1000 usdt order 1 month ago they didnt exchange my money. They freez my money more than on their conditions on website. I still dont have my money more than 1 month now!

I can confirm that my experience was similar to the one Ihor mentioned. The exchange took several hours, fiat arrived in small chunks every hour (I guess to confuse the user) and after contacting support they told me that they are on a phone call with the bank to confirm the payment (like really, what are you talking about? it's literally just a bank transfer from one card to another). Very shady exchange, not gonna use it any more.

I had a displeasure of using this exchange and, boy, it was the weirdest experience I've had so far. Wanted to exchange BTC for UAH, and chose this exchange cause it was at the very top by exchange rates. 95% of the my payment was received within 30 minutes in small chunks of 4 payments (even though fiat amount was not that big, around 14k UAH), and then nothing for a whole hour. Had to contact support, and they said they are on a phone call with a bank to confirm the payment (excuse me, what? simple P2P trasfers aren't working any more?), and ignored my subsequent questions. Then after another half an hour the final 5% of the payment was transfered.

Pretty sure that I wouldn't have received my remaining 5% if I hadn't done the math and contacted support. These guys are basically hoping to confuse the customer with the small money transfers and keep a fraction of the payment to themselves. Avoid this exchange if you value your time and your nerves.

I was waiting more than 4 hours for the exchange that usually takes 15-30 minutes. Note that they have the option to pay additional 3% commission for faster exchange... Hahahha... All other exchangers provide the same service without any additional fees.
Looks llike to prolong waiting time is just their way to force users to pay that additional fee. Because when I threatened to file a complaint here my money has arrived in 10 minutes. So you can make your own conclusion, but I'm not gonna use this service anymore.
