Yes. My bank said that your bank accepted this transfer and returned OK, so even if your bank didn't credit your card, it still keeps that money in its correspondent account. Also, my bank asked you to go to your bank and request a full account statement from the order date to the current date and send it to me. Is it possible?

Despite the fact this order was in Error status, it worked fine. The money was transferred to your card normally. If the transfer was not credited immediately, it will be credited within 1-2 days. Order got into Error after the payment for another reason (control check of the transfer status failed).
