I sent money to a Dutch Mastercard debit card. In my mobile bank app, the transaction is said to be denied as "Payments sent directly to cards are currently not supported. Please request the merchant to transfer the money to your IBAN". The status of the order is "Pending processing". My question is weather it is possible to transfer the money to my IBAN?

Unfortunately, no. We have no technical way to send money to IBAN, since our bank account is not in EU. I don't know why, but it looks like Bunq stopped to accept any incoming card-to-card payments recently. It worked normally few weeks ago. Please give me your fresh address for a refund. Better TRC20 USDT, it has much lower fee.
