It's been over 1 hour since I bought 0.0212 BTC using Payer USD and the BTCs haven't been sent yet to my address.
My order number is #76757590. I contacted the support and they said the BTCs were sent to the wallet provider and that it would appear in my address soon. I understand that it may take some time for the transaction to be confirmed, but the BTCs haven't even been sent to my address.
I'll keep the complain feedback here and I'll cancel it if I see the transaction in my address.
