Men this exchange of usdt in trying too get eth was one of my worst exchange experience, binance fee was around 20$ too send eth out, I tried using this service hoping I'll get a lesser transfer charges, this guys billed me over 60$ transfer charges alone too send me eth, it was after the exchange I realise I completely screwed myself, I had too call customer support attention immediately & the least I could get was a 20$ refund, sent them 600$ usdt to get at least 590$ worth of eth, I got 540$ at first, before they later return 20$ after I complained, that's like me paying 40$ to send out eth, uniswap charges 9$ to send out but I paid 40$ using this service, even binance charges 20$, so I'll say this is actually one of the very first exchange I regret doing.
