You could lose 10%.
I strictly do not recommend using this exchanger.
After sending my bitcoins, exchanger's site showed "deal completed. Funds have been sent, please wait for funds to be credited". And nothing happened. Exchanger didn't bother to inform, neither on the site nor via email, why. Then i asked support "where is my money?"
and i was told "your payment did not pass aml verification". In the rules of the exchanger there are no criteria for how they calculate aml risks and only when i asked support they sent me this https://getblock.Net/report-preview/75b86778-2bdc-a063-4f05-ea0d77973dfc
in service rules of the exchanger nowhere is written that they use getblock.Net and this site (getblock.Net) recures payments for checking aml risks
so if you decide to use this exchanger you gamble.
I've offered following compromise.
1) I am to send photo of my documents
2) i am to send my photo with bank card
3) i am ready to prove origin of my bitcoins (they all were received from exchengers listed on bestchange.Com)
or my bitcoins would be sent me back minus blockchain fee and fee of getblock.Net
i was given a cold respond "when creating an order, you agreed to the aml rules"
then i've offered a second compromise:
since only 16.4% Of my bitcoins marked as "dangerous sources" what about you to get 6.4% "Dangerous" bitcoins and exchange the rest?
this time they decided not to respond.
Eventually i was promised they took only 10% (i guess the most "dangerous" and "sanctioned" bitcoins) from me and hold my bitcoins for 3 days.
Technically in service rules there is a point that they can take 10% away so it's cannot be considered as direct scum.
