Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve purchased from this website, and once again, it has been a disappointing experience.
I requested to convert Tether (USDT) to Wise USD. Before making the payment, I provided all the account details and asked the support team to honestly tell me how long it would take for the money to be deposited into my Wise account. They told me it would take between 5 to 60 minutes.
After 2 hours i followed up, they said I needed to send my IBAN to speed up the process. It’s now been over 13 hours, and no money has been deposited into my Wise account.
This website only makes false promises to attract and keep customers, and their email system doesn’t work properly — I haven’t received any confirmation or completion emails at all.
If you don’t have the ability to send Wise-to-Wise transfers, please remove this service from your website.
I will also report this issue to BestChange for further investigation.
