I needed to turn some USDT into cash and the whole thing felt surprisingly smooth. A few clicks, a fair rate, and the money landed on my card without any delays or extra steps. Really pleasant experience.

Crypto left the chat, fiat entered the chat. Clean, fast, zero plot twists. Rare these days.

Honestly the best exchanger right now. Top conditions, support is always there when you need them, and the exchange itself is super fast. And if something goes wrong they actually meet you halfway instead of just brushing you off. Really appreciate that.

According to the information available, the exchanger has no financial obligations to this user
Yesterday, I exchanged Bitcoin for a transfer in euros on this website for the first time, after which they requested a whole host of personal documents, asked me to take a photo of myself with my passport, and to show them my private correspondence. They also stated that the funds would be held for 7 days; when I asked where this was stated on their site and whether they had the right to do so before the exchange, they did not reply… I’ve asked them to return the cryptocurrency and cancel the transaction, to which they’ve responded rudely, stating they won’t return anything until I’ve met their demands and waited the seven days. I strongly advise against using this service, and I’d also ask Best Change to look into this case, as it seems that, apart from being rude, they’re overstepping their authority. Thank you.

They’ve just been caught deleting my messages in a Telegram chat…! Don’t use their services.
