Used Alfa Cashier to do 2 transactions. Sold Bitcoin for 100 USD to my PayPal account, took only a few hours time to get it. Second transaction was for the sale of Bitcoin to 130 USD to my PayPal account, took longer then a couple hours, but I did realize the time difference between Mountain time here in America and the time it was in Germany, which was dead in middle of the night at the time. I woke up the next morning and there it was, my 130 USD in my PayPal account. No complaints here from me, I will definitely use Alfa Cashier again and believe me, if something goes wrong I'll be sending of the alarm bells, just as I will for any exchanger that does not follow through with there end of the deal.

My order is pending more than 3 days, money has not been transfered and raising tickets are also useless..
Support desk is really reckless, they simply left a message saying payment might takes 7 days, which is not supposed to be more than 2 hours. Really sucks cannot recommend this site. I dont wanna come back also

Ordered for a transaction (okpay > btc). The transaction got approved and the money sent to alfa account a bit later by okpay system in meantime being cancelled by alfacashier. but didnt get that btc from alfa yet. Trying to contact alfa to fix it. Seems they are hard to get reply from...any suggestions? Do they have any contact info (skype, icq etc)?

I ordered for 20$ perfectmoney to exchange to bitcoin which I paid through my perfectmoney account and the payment was made almost immediately I ordered for the exchange.I sent two tickets for the order after I didn't get any money on my bitcoin wallet.Only to get an email that the order was cancelled because no payment was made.What is this???If you can't make the exchange,return my 20$ as sson as pooosible.I have all the transaction history on my account.
