I completed my second exchange here, but my assets were frozen, apparently due to a high AML (Anti-Money Laundering) risk score. I’ve submitted all the requested information and am now waiting for a response from the investigation team. I hadn’t come across any reviews mentioning AML-related freezes on the.com domain of BestChange, but after checking the.ru domain, I found some. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved within 7 days—6 days from now. Just a heads-up: be careful, everyone!

Hello, I agree with 111Obmen about the importance of independently checking the AML score before sending crypto. I did exactly that using the amlcrypto.io website—the total score was 0 before I made the transaction (it's now 21, but the fraud score is still zero).

You're absolutely right. Since users and your exchange rely on different AML checking systems, there's really no point in recommending that users independently verify their cryptocurrency. After all, you don’t disclose which checker you use, so users have no way to align their checks with yours.
