41 min is from the first confirmation after I sent the ETH and after I received 1st confirmation on USDT TRC20.
Other exchanges such as are much faster than this. I traded similar trade and it was completed within 2-3 min.
This exchange requires 32 ETH network confirmations which requires approx 6 min time (12 sec per network confirmation) which is very high requirement in comparison to other platforms such as , they require only 4 network confirmations for ETH.
I'm pretty sure, all their exchanges from ETH or ERC-20 based token to other crypto takes this long (30+ min), because of the process of they have opted for doing automated trades.

Required confirmation on the order page states: [a sufficient number of network confirmations]. It hyperlinks to a page that clearly states 32 confirmations.
I clearly confirm that the order was complete and that you met your financial obligation. I'm not questioning that. I'm neither raising questions regarding the integrity of the exchange. I'm just pointing out the slow transaction speed for automated crypto-to-crypto trade.
It's my review of the platform. If someone requires faster exchange, they may consider other services.

We have not gone anywhere. You have send BTC and 100% was from mixer service and at that time the market price was around $17000. You have claimed the funds were from someone else that you have purchased but the AML check result shows different thing. The email domain you have used is well known for ransomware attacks and blocked on almost all services.
