Many hours order was "on checking".
Operator in widget answered "transaction got a high risk score on AML check. Thus we request you to verify your identity".
I said that no impossible in this moment (like selfie with ID), and ask return to sender.
Operator asked me to write to the post office, because the payment department is no working now.
I wrote yesterday.
Now I no have answer yet. Working hours from 11:30am+3.
Almost a full day has passed, the operator also stopped responding.

Your order was for BTC to XMR exchange. Please consider following two issues with your order:
1. You have paid less BTC than amount you have created the order for, thus it automatically went into checking.
2. We always make sure the coins we receive and send out is clean thus AML check is performed. Your transaction has 74.7% risk score on AML check which includes Dark market, Gambling, Mixer, exchange fraud tags on AML check. That's why we have requested identity verification according to the terms you have agreed before creating exchange order.
You have refused to go through identity verification and we have requested you to send an email to us from the same email address used to create order. We have informed you that we will return the amount you have paid minus a network fee of 0.0005 BTC to send your transaction. Where did you get 10% from? Please note that you have to complete KYC to complete the transaction or confirm the refund decision to the email.
Again, we are not responsible for you deliberately sending less BTC from order amount and sending dark market and stolen coins to us. This is your responsibility. We have offered return to the same address minus network fee.
Please confirm the decision by sending the email or complete KYC to process the order. It is you who is delaying the refund/processing of the order this way. Please write us on our support email, this is not the place for customer support.

A reply was sent.
You are talking about "network" fees (in the email "this is the fee on our payment processing and return").
In any case the amount of this fee is not announced anywhere. And "network fee" can not be 0.0005 Btc.
So you are just stealing money and blackmailing.
Right now it's 100% of the amount, the transfer was sent later than 24 hours ago

The refund fee is clearly mentioned in the terms. We do not know where you are getting 10% and 100% figures.
