6.07.2026 I ordered an exchange of 2277 usdt trc20 to wise Eur0 (2000euro) in this exchange office. As of today 10.07 there is no money in my account (today the 5th day begins) I want to get my money back. at this stage I am being denied a refund with reference that the money is stuck at wise bank. in three years of exchanging usdt to wise I see this for the first time. on my side I fulfilled all obligations. This exchange office — did not. And they deny me a money refund.

We completed the transfer in accordance with the terms of your exchange request and within the required timeframe. After the payment was sent, it was automatically placed under additional review by the bank's system. Unfortunately, this review process is carried out solely by the bank, and we have no technical ability to influence its duration or cancel the payment ourselves.
Throughout this period, we have been in daily contact with the bank's support team, providing all requested information and documentation while requesting the fastest possible resolution. However, the review is conducted according to the bank's internal procedures, and the processing time is beyond our control.
At this stage, we are unable to process a refund until we receive official confirmation from the bank that the payment has been cancelled. Otherwise, there is a risk of a duplicate payout if we issue a refund while the original payment is later completed.
