Facts:
1. After the first complaint, a small part of the funds was immediately received.
2. There is still no confirmation about sending the rest of the funds, only unsubstantiated statements that the payment is being checked (where? by whom? — not specified).
3. Representatives of the exchanger communicate in a semi-criminal style insistently demanding access to my financial information
4. Òhe exchanger was found to be lying and did not comment on it in any way.

Any sender can easily check the status in their account in the activity section, the instructions are detailed on the system's website. The question is, where is the receipt that at least something was sent?
It turns out that either you initially did not have access to the sender's account (perhaps the service was provided by a third party, which WAS NOT reported in the ad) or you lost access to this account and cannot restore it (there are more options, but they are all ugly).

At the same time they lied about the date of transactions, allegedly they were made on the day of the request, which is impossible, because there is a receipt for the full amount in one payment, and the complaint came from me only the next day.
We send them a screenshot of receipts for the last month with hidden personal data in response received a letter that their partners (the announcement was not indicated that the service attracts partners!) require a view of my account with the dates of the amount, names, which is naturally not acceptable.
