They sent the paypal service as "goods" type of payment which is reversible. "please log in to your PayPal account and go to the Resolution Center to provide the shipping details." At least they respond to my messages. Your admin does not. Website says bitcoin is sold automatically after 3 confirmations. I ordered on a weekend, and while I didn't expect the money to arrive until after holidays, I did expect the bitcoin to be sold, automatically, after 3 confirmations, just like the website says.

Now my bitcoin is sitting on their wallet, loosing value over the weekend (already lost over $100), and their online chat reps (which is available for some reason, while unable to do anything), only ask me to wait until business hours.

Complete disappointment.
