Website says bitcoin is sold automatically after 3 confirmations. I ordered on a weekend, and while I didn't expect the money to arrive until after holidays, I did expect the bitcoin to be sold, automatically, after 3 confirmations, just like the website says.

Now my bitcoin is sitting on their wallet, loosing value over the weekend (already lost over $100), and their online chat reps (which is available for some reason, while unable to do anything), only ask me to wait until business hours.

Complete disappointment.

This is the first time I used the exchanger. Before using it I checked different reviews to be safe

I checked these reviews and saw few people claiming that they didn't receive their money but the Admin always replied to them that the money was sent!

I did the exchange on Friday and receive the money on Monday! I've already done my second transaction. I recommend the site!

After 3 days, i've contact the support who send my money. It's not written on the website but they send money only from Monday to Friday. Don't make change the weekend. This information should be written on your website when you change Bitcoin to Paypal, there is a lot of scam on internet and people are affraid when they think they will be scamed. If you write that, you can have a better reputation.
