15 hours before at they opening hours GMT+2 deposited 0.11btc to they address for echange to PayPal-Euro, but untill now 3 confirmations pending, at blockchain.info the transaction was confirmed 30 min after deposit, and after 1 hour my money landing at third address.
Just now wanted cancel an order, but is inpossible, as they customer support told(due of technical problem), they working times is just 8 hours and so on, bla, bla, bla. Customer support asked me to waiting 2 days, Inpossible to get an refund, but i can't wait. Nobody care if You can wait or ot. Such services should be 24/7, just saw some reviews for another exchanges, somebody told 2-3 min for whole transaction, another guy told 30 min, Why this sh**t happening to me, now when money in PayPal needed?

It was calculated for your order and when you or any other customer places the order for this exchange direction it will be counted. If amount of the order is bigger and 0.9% fee is over 3 EUR , customer will be charged with 0.9% fee. Of course, fees on our service may be updated from time to time, based on the situation on the exchange market, but we always do our best to offer best fees possible.
Also as it was mentioned earlier, final amount which is received after your Bitcoin is sold depends on the BTC exchange rate on Bitcoin exchange used to trade BTC. According to your screenshots you expected that Blockchain rate will be used, but we use another Bitcoin platform for orders on our website.

I guess you still need some time to find an answer to my question. But I have another question: Can you specify which rate you use. Waht do you mean by "we use another Bitcoin platform for orders on our website". Which one exactly?

1. According to information from our Support team we found that phrasing min 3 EUR causes misunderstanding of our customers. There was made a decision to update phrase min 3 EUR to min fee 3 EUR in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
2. This text doesn't influence the way our service counts the fees. As it was done before, it is done now: min 3 EUR is deducted as our service fee.
3. When you placed an order on our website, you saw the amount which you will receive. Your statement that according to the rate of any third party website that this amount of BTC corresponds to another amount of USD is incorrect, as amount you will receive for the order is based on the calculations of our website.
4. Unfortunately it is not possible technically to fix exact amount that will be received by the customer, as the process of selling BTC is carried out only after transaction gets 3 confirmations on blockchain.
As BTC rate can go up or down, it is not possible to provide exact amount.
Herewith all this information is given on our website before you place an order.
If you paid attention to the content on our website you could see the following message: After your transaction gets 3 confirmations, BTC or LTC will be sold automatically and amount of the order will be updated.
