They are not as old times.
Very slow service, hidden commissions and finally they sent wrong & less money than we agreed. We agreed 93.72 euros to be sent but they sent me only 80.25 euros.

15 hours before at they opening hours GMT+2 deposited 0.11btc to they address for echange to PayPal-Euro, but untill now 3 confirmations pending, at blockchain.info the transaction was confirmed 30 min after deposit, and after 1 hour my money landing at third address.
Just now wanted cancel an order, but is inpossible, as they customer support told(due of technical problem), they working times is just 8 hours and so on, bla, bla, bla. Customer support asked me to waiting 2 days, Inpossible to get an refund, but i can't wait. Nobody care if You can wait or ot. Such services should be 24/7, just saw some reviews for another exchanges, somebody told 2-3 min for whole transaction, another guy told 30 min, Why this sh**t happening to me, now when money in PayPal needed?

On their website they say it's instant exchange . Over 6 hours and they just refuse to finish my order or to refund me. Very bad service. I will notify perfectmoney also about them.
